Platform Support Plans

All platform customers have support built into their subscription -

Submitting Tickets

All MemberDev customers have access to submit support tickets through this portal. Tickets are handled during business hours.

Ticket Priority

Ticket priority is given to our platform customers with clients with current hosting/support plans.

  • Tickets with a support plan are typically responded to within 24 hours.
  • Tickets without a support plan are handled at our earliest convenience (sometimes multiple days).

Phone Support

Phone support is only included in Priority Support plans.  Phone support is scheduled in advance, as we don't have a company phone line.  Please avoid calling member(dev) team members on their direct lines unless it's a critical issue AND they've given you permission to do so.
