- Routine site maintenance

- Phone support (*select plans)
- Ongoing email support for questions/issues

If you do not have a support plan you will need to use our ticketing system, in which case your ticket will be addressed in order of receipt. Any time spent on tickets will be billed at our hourly rate specified in the ticket (minimum $50 charge).
